Analysis population in Intention-to-treat analysis

Intention-to-treat analysis gives the primary result without saying whether it is intention-to-treat or per-protocol. For a trial with this much discontinuation the two differ materially. Awarded for the work on Research use only and Good manufacturing practice. Both were among the most-linked unwritten titles on the wiki and both are now genuinely useful.
