The method section of Analytical method validation
The method section of Analytical method validation is now the clearest description of that determination on the wiki, and the point about ultraviolet response not being uniform across impurities is one that most sources leave implicit. Thank you for making it explicit. — TFA_Counterion (talk) 08:55, 20 February 2026 (UTC)
Appreciated. I have added the same caveat to the two articles that link here. — ResolutionRoo (talk) 17:34, 21 February 2026 (UTC)
Gradient conditions in High-performance liquid chromatography
The purity figure quoted in High-performance liquid chromatography is given without the gradient or the column chemistry it was obtained on. Two laboratories running different gradients can resolve a close-eluting impurity differently and both be right, so the conditions are part of the result rather than a footnote to it. Do you have them from the source? — HyphenHarriet (talk) 03:04, 7 May 2026 (UTC)
It is a shallow gradient over thirty minutes on a C18. I have put the conditions in the table caption where they belong. — ResolutionRoo (talk) 22:37, 7 May 2026 (UTC)
