Lead of Sterile water for injection

The lead of Sterile water for injection has grown to five paragraphs and now contains material that appears nowhere in the body. Per Project:Manual of style the lead summarises the article rather than extending it. This wiki documents what is done and by whom; it does not tell a reader what to do, and on this subject in particular the difference is the whole of the medical disclaimer.
