Categorisation of Insulin syringe unit conversion

Insulin syringe unit conversion was in Category:Interactive reference tools but not in its parent chain, so it was invisible from the topic portal. I have fixed it. Control labelling on Insulin syringe unit conversion

The filter control on Insulin syringe unit conversion changes state without announcing it, so a reader using a screen reader gets no confirmation that anything happened.
