The second column of the table in Reconstitution calculator is headed as mass and contains volumes. It is obvious from context, which is why nobody has fixed it, but the table is the part of the page people screenshot. Working through the example in Reconstitution calculator: at the stated vial strength and diluent volume the withdrawal comes to more than the syringe barrel holds. In Oral semaglutide you added an incidence figure without its comparator rate. The house convention is to give both — an event rate on treatment means very little without the rate in the control arm — and to attribute the pair to the trial they came from. A sentence in Subcutaneous injection instructs rather than describes. This wiki documents what is done and by whom; it does not tell a reader what to do, and on this subject in particular the difference is the whole of the medical disclaimer. Adding dead space to the worked example in Insulin syringe closed a gap that had been quietly wrong for a year — the doses-per-vial figure had been assuming a syringe that loses nothing.
